Private classes are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis based on availability of students and teachers. Group classes are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Classes are no more than 10 students.

Payment:

Customers can pay via credit card or direct from their bank account.

​

Refund Policy:

• In the event that a teacher is no longer available to teach and another suitable teacher cannot be found a complete refund will be issued for classes that are missing.

• If for some reason a class must be canceled because of student availability a 24-notice is considered considerate for teachers to plan accordingly. A make-up lesson will be provided and confirmed with the teacher.

• If a client fails to notify the instructor at least 3 hours prior to a scheduled class a makeup lesson will not be provided and the client will be charged.

Privacy Statement:

Children being taught in their homes by an instructor must have a parent or guardian present at all times

Motif Studio Advertising Policy

From time to time we may feature outstanding students for social media purposes and as a Motif Student we may at any point share pictures associated with what we do in concerts, classes or special performances. However, we respect all of our clients privacy and just ask for a written notification if any student wishes to not be featured in any media associated with the Studio.
